Children’s Summer Holiday Crafts: Children’s Glass Fusing Workshop, for beginners

Design and make your own fused glass artwork! In this unique session you will learn the principles and theory of glass cutting, fusing and firing. Other techniques you will be introduced to will include fusing clear and coloured glass using fritt, confetti, stringers and noodles. You will get to work on your design and make a 10cm x 10cm glass piece. Please be advised, your finished glass artwork will need to be kiln-fired after the workshop is finished so will NOT be possible to take home on the day of the workshop. Each firing takes 24hours. Once your fused artwork has been kiln-fired and cooled, we will contact you to let you know it is ready for collection. This will usually be within a week of completing the workshop. Suitable for ages 7+. Children must be accompanied by their parent or carer.
